Wild animals are difficult to observe and count in their natural habitat because they fear humans and observers. Furthermore, their travel distances can be so vast that they are hard to track. This is why researchers use various electronic tools to assist with our observations. In this presentation, we will showcase a few examples of how we approach this with birds and invertebrates.
