The Mysterious World of Fungi is an interactive experience where young participants explore one of the most diverse and fascinating groups of organisms in nature. While learning about fungal life cycles, their relationships with other organisms and their importance for forest ecosystems, participants will also use microscopes to discover the hidden details of fungal structures and reproduction that are invisible to the naked eye.

A Day in the Orchard – Experience, Explore and Discover the Amazing Rhythms of Nature

High-stem meadow orchards are true treasure troves of life. Visitors will be able to discover the diversity of life’s rhythms in the orchard and the surrounding forest through a variety of exploration stations at the “In the Orchard” Interpretation Centre and at information points throughout the orchard. At the exploration stations, experts and researchers will present nine different fascinating topics, inviting visitors to learn through hands-on experiments, conversations and direct observation. An engaging combination of practical activities and encounters with experts will offer visitors an opportunity to discover the hidden world of the orchard and forest and to experience nature in an interactive and inspiring way.
